Salade

Salade maken met: bonen, erwten, linzen, ui(poeder), radijs, sjalotje, knoflook, dressing, vinaigrette (= olie + azijn), noten, paddenstoelen.

Olie: van walnoot, soja, olijf, lijnzaad, pézilla, canola lijnzaad.

Smaakversterkers: citroensap, knoflook, ajuin, kalium, oregano, rozemarijn, marjolein, tijm, peterselie, curcumine, basilicum, munt, azijn van frambozen/tomaten of balsamico.

Eventuele supplementen: vitamine D, B vitamines, jodium, magnesium, selenium.

A R U G U L A ~ C E L E R Y ~ P I N E A P P L E

take one cup of chopped pineapple and blend it together with two stalks of celery and one handful of arugula

B E R R I E S

mix together one cup of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, three stalks of celery and one quarter cup of chopped dill

A V O C A D O

blend 1/3 avocado, 1/2 peeled cucumber, 1 cup of chopped spinach and 1/2 spoon of lemon juice

M A N G O ~ T O M A T O

blend one mango and four tomatoes, add herbs: basil, cilantro, dill

T A H I N I ~ O R A N G E

blend one orange, two tablespoons of sesame seeds and one celery stalk
